OSHA was irrelevant. The Psyop was to make people believe they needed the vax to work and signal to workplaces to do your own mandates which can't be stopped.
OSHA did this because most of the goal was already achieved, or possibly because they realize they've overstepped and are losing power, and because (most importantly) they're definitely afraid of a 6th Circuit or Supreme Court ruling setting precedent contrary to what they want, so they're trying to moot the case.
Back in the 70s, a guy liked to jack off during lunch hour when everyone was out of the workshop. He'd do this while letting a canvas drive belt from a machine drag under his nuts. One day, he leaned too hard into the belt and his sack went through one of the gears driving the belt. He took a stapler and stapled his scrotum back together and finished his shift before going to the hospital where they discovered that the machine had torn one of his testicles out. They found it hanging from a rafter. OSHA declared the site safe for continued work and never gave a shit what diseases the machine may have contracted.
Which is why making a ruckus about all of this is so important.
