Like quarter of the population doesn't even understand conditional hypotheticals. I don't feel bad appealing to the parts of their brain that works versus the parts that don't.
LMAO I never really thought about it, but that does explain why so many people take offense or create controversies out of nothing when someone says something completely innocent. Or why they don't know how to weigh risk and need to be told what's good and bad.
I think a large portion don't get abstract thought either. Words are reality to them. Hence they must control language. (or are easily manipulated into supporting that)
