Thanks. I assumed if there was going to be a real defensive wall around the White House, they'd have it farther back. This makes a lot more sense than the conspiracy theory/cropped image.
But don't you see the fountain is where they are hiding the bunker! It is the most important structure!
Looks more like they are hiding some construction work on that fountain or whatever to me.
Turning it into a turret, like something from Saints Row 4's White House.
I wouldn't be shocked if whatever they are going has something to do with their "security"
Maybe a bunker underneath?
