Never played or cared for LoL, so I don't know if a fan would have an issue with anything, but this was a damn good show, and had a really great villain.
Didn't catch any woke shit either.

If it's anything like the LoL I played, then it's a show where almost everyone bitches at each other about how they are the greatest player ever and everyone else is garbage and the sole reason they are held back from claiming their glory. Otherwise, I would have never had any idea there was a backstory at all.
No idea, as I know nothing about the game. Still don't care about it, but I am glad I gave the show a chance.
Yeah, I just don't remember anyone who played the game paying attention to the story in the slightest. I didn't even know there was enough of a story to make a show from.
There's basically no story but a shit ton of fan fiction level backstories for every character
