Gunner (Northern Territory) has the frothing, bulging eyes and yelling of the psychopath downpat, and Andrews (Victoria), the bullying, blustering, baldfaced-lying-without-even-breaking-stream insane rhetoric, but it is McGowan (this guy) who is the calm, cruel, unfeeling one, even as he takes people's rights away...
Perhaps it is just because he is an ex military officer, but it honestly worries me. Normal people do not behave like that, while spouting frankly genocidal rhetoric, in a disturbingly calm manner...
