Edit: Judicial capital is Bloemfontein, not Jo’burg, due to historical reasons we won’t go into here…

Jo’burg is, arguably, the “cultural and intellectual” capital, along with Cape Town, and certainly the largest city and financial centre… 🤷🏻‍♂️ Like New York, or Sydney, or Auckland…

Anyway, point is, SA is SUPER-decentralized (for obvious reasons, at least historically), so… This really won’t affect their batshit president much, I suspect, unfortunately…

He’ll just head back to Pretoria, and board himself up for a bit… 🤦🏻‍♂️
