Pretending to have higher engagement by falsely boosting numbers in order to to retain and increase customers is a tactic that has been used by some social media companies during their critical early period. I'm not convinced by Odysee's very limited evidence that Rumble has been doing this however, and Rumble would be in significant legal trouble if it was caught lying, since it is acquiring external funding.
Going public is gay because it opens up way too many pressure points for subversion.
I think I'll go as far to say that every public company is just another arm of the establishment cathedral, some are just less obvious about it than others.
The people's enemies currently control the money printers, so if your company is heavily influenced by people who invest the most money then you can tell what's going to happen.
