I thought about drawing political cartoons, but I can't draw.
I don't think they make much difference, but they make certain points easier to explain.
I wouldn't mind a shitty drawn cartoon and i doubt your drawing skills are as bad as the horrible art style i see everywhere and in every ad where everybody is long and fat, oddly shaped balloon looking people
you get better with practice
penny arcade is a great showcase of this if you compare the earlier stuff to the more recent stuff
