The working world, when it was male dominant, was 100x more fun to work in. Guys could "shoot-the-shit" with each other, say whatever they wanted and competitiveness was seen as fun not as "toxic". The work environment when it was male dominant made people better because the men would compete with one another and strive to improve. Work was actually a lot more "fun" and in some ways it was a "safe-space" for men to get away from all the drama and toxicity that existed in their personal lives.
Women have utterly destroyed the workplace. Men's lives are inarguably much worse with women in the workplace. Nothing good has come of this.
That's because a man treats it as a fun game or a way to sharpen his skills. It's not really personal, and we all respect raw ability because we can be objective about it. That's why we reward it.
The woman, on the other hand, not only can't compete with us but sees any attempt to try as undermining her ability to be seen as an equal. She would rather look at "the group" so that nobody stands out and nobody gets "hurt" by contributing less. A man sees that as a challenge to do better, or tease his coworkers until they do, since we intuitively know that a man not carrying his weight is dragging the entire team down and making the rest of us work harder.
Instead of having fun, the woman defines competitiveness as toxic and says we should focus on how everyone contributes in their own way lol. I totally agree with you. Women should not be in the workforce at all, but particularly in any technical or authoritative profession. No female police, lawyers, engineers, judges, politicians, school principals, etc.
If women ran society... we literally would still be living in mud huts cause no one wants to work harder. Innovation also requires competitiveness and aggression (and war). A lot of the world's tech and advancement is from being invented during r&d.
I've noticed another advantage to the slightly hostile competition in male only spaces, things like light ribbing, making fun of one another, and crude humor. It strengthens the men in the space and weeds out weak individuals, that could bring down the entire group. It also helps build camaraderie. I'm pretty sure it's a genetically learned mental trait to increase survival.
That's me at work right now, having to pick up the slack of two women because they can't handle the workload.
