If I was on the jury for that trial, I'd vote not guilty.

I wonder if people's social media history or lack of it influences who gets chosen for jury duty? I've never been picked.

It'd be self defense, really.

Accusing someone of rape is attempted murder; many convicted rapists do not live long. If you're attempting to murder someone, it better be for a legitimate legal reason. Doing it on a whimsy to sell books isn't.
