What bands were those? I forget what was considered Nu-metal, I just remember it sucked hard.
How numbers work according to the WHO :
1, 2, 4, 4+, miss a few, fuck you, 15.
I'm not exactly a music nerd, but IIRC Limp Bizkit and early Linkin Park were the most famous, at least around here. I have to admit, I still do like In The End by Linkin Park, but it's only because I have it associated with some good memories. It's the same reason I kinda like brutalist architecture, if's objectively terrible, but I grew up among commieblocks and weird statues and seeing them again makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Oh God. Limp Bizkit was so bad. I remember it used to play on the radio and my parents left the radio on because they wanted the news or weather or whatever bullshit. Every time I heard their music I wanted to put a knife through the radio.
Well, if you have nostalgia for commieblocks, Building Back Better will be perfect for you!
Limp Bizkit was absolute garbage, I hated it even back then when it was popular, and I'm a tasteless Philistine. Chocolate Starfish my chocolate starfish you fucking assholes.
Regarding commieblocks, oh no no no, it's going to be so much worse. The commieblocks I grew up in kinda sucked, but they at least had plenty of greenery all around. Our commies didn't hate the people they ruled nearly as much as the people currently in charge, both here and where you are. I keep seeing newly built apartment buildings; there's a whole complex being built like a 5 minute drive from my place that looks like a goddamn concentration camp.
Here's what our actual commieblocks look like: https://files.catbox.moe/8e6dtq - There's a problem with parking, because the communists planned for around 0.5 car per unit because they knew communism couldn't produce enough cars for everyone - but there's grass and trees everywhere around. If it's up to the globalists, though? I can't find a link for it, but historically there were multiple attempts - not just in the Eastern bloc, but in the West as well - to build "community buildings", basically a giant commieblocks that's supposed to have "all amenities one could ever need", so people wouldn't need to leave it at all. It was horrifying, and I believe it's coming back.
That wasn't a song title, was it?
I've seen something like that online. In Italy they're supposedly building them with inbuilt stores and pharmacies. Very strange, I wouldn't want anything to do with it. They have pre-orders up for them, I hope it's just a con to get gullible people's money.
I think the reason for no parking was that if you owned a Soviet car, it was nearly always broken anyway. Probably would spend more time at the mechanic than on the road.
Slipknot, limp Bizkit, system of a down are just a few of the shitty nu-metal bands
