This is bullshit. Israel was an outlier before the vaccine; Israel is about the only wealthy country with high fertility. In their corrected graph, there's no vaccine effect at all.
Having the Arabs and the Palestinians trying to kill them all the time keeps their men's T high.
Killing and pillaging helps keep T up also. Vikings are a good example.
And raping keeps fertility up, which is why there are Viking descendants everywhere there were Viking raids.
