Why would anyone want a defective skateboard that couldn't even kill one person? And no, the owner of it getting shot doesn't count.
The skateboard has been "destroyed" (so it can't be used as evidence).
Similar to how hi res FLIR videos of the FBI have been "deleted".
And instead of talking about it, the serious things, this idiotic thread.
So how Killary got that rapist off? Underwear with evidence on it? hahahaaha what underwear?
Seriously, do they let the attorney handle evidence? Massive conflicts there.
A lot of people collect "murder weapons" or anything used to kill someone else. They often have quite a bit of money too :/
In this case, a famous item used to attack Kyle and the owner is dead? I'm certain there's a market for that.
If it was indeed "destroyed" before the FBI got their hands on it? That should be a crime too, but nothing will ever come of it.
I laughed, I'm just evil!
You laughed too? Now we're evil together 😁
Actually? I'm certain it's held in evidence, but after the trial ends? Can his family request it to be returned? It would sell for a fortune...
The image is stupid, unfunny, and makes no sense.
The skateboard was actually "destroyed" by Huber's girlfriend, no doubt on the recommendation from the prosecutor (and the detectives working with and for the prosecutor). Which is why the defense can't produce it in the court now, and show it was a dangerous weapon.
Start watching the fucking trial. It's going quite horribly.
How dumb. It's a 30 inch piece of wood with a pound of metal on the end. A skateboard used as a weapon is a shitty warhammer but a warhammer all the same. I'm sure the court would never allow it but I'd buy a cheap skateboard, fill a ballistics skull with jelly pretend I'm the cold steel guy and paint the jury red. e: Are youtube videos admissible in court? https://youtu.be/aKJ6nO_onL0?t=172
