It isn't as big of a deal for men because >90% of MtF are "lesbians." Why the sex that MtF are attracted to statistically matches who men are attracted to rather than who women are attracted to is left as an exercise for the reader.

I have no data to back this, but I'd bet that there is a correlation between the trannies who are "lesbian" and still have their cocks, and the trannies who are "straight" who chopped their's off.
