Honestly, I have no idea. 30-40 a day is pretty extreme. That's really heavy. Like, several orders of magnitude anything even studied, let alone reported.
I am kinda surprised that he took Pfizer, rather than NovaVax since he's Australian.
That being said, no one I know who's taken a vaccine has mentioned this issue. Not sure if maybe they're all getting the non-Pfizer ones or what. Not sure how common this is with Moderna or Johnson & Johnson.

That doesn't mean much tbh. It makes sense that they'd keep that sort of thing to themselves.
But you're right that 30-40 per day sounds too high based on what we've seen so far.
"I can't go to work, I'm having heart palpitations" is not something one can keep to one's self.
