At first I thought it was just one random franchise owner who was refusing to check for clot shots, but now I see that their chief legal and business officer said that which is obviously a bigger deal.
So what's going to happen now? Surely they won't/can't shut down every INO in the state??
In-N-Out doesn't have franchises. All of the locations are corporate/family owned. AFAIK, the mandates in California are on a county by county basis so I would expect the restaurant to similarly resist in other areas with similar requirements.
This is why In-N-Out should be the favorite fast food restaurant on the right. While Chick-fil-A is busy washing black men's feet, INO is telling tyrannical local governments to fuck off. INO also prints bible verses on all of their paperware.

I see. Thanks.
