As long as they keep thinking that diverse = good then they will always fail. Diversity is neutral. Can be bad or good. And obsessing over it definitely is a path to failure
Accidental diversity is neutral. If you make choices with absolutely no regard for inclusion, and only pick the best people and the most true-to-the-story ideas, and you unwittingly end up with a diverse team, or diverse characters which make sense in your story's setting.
But we all know that's not what Diversity means to these people. You know it's no accident that they ended up being "led by women at almost every corner".

I meant in an entertainment sense. I don’t like seeing critics praise a movie based on the number of women or minorities. As for my life I have friends of different races and get along great with them. Now if people only want to associate with their race they should have the freedom to do so.
Yes, quota praise is pathetic. But granted your friends of different races it is inevitable. In the end, those friends are slowly destroying white nations demographically. And if they're doing so, are they friends at all really?
I have some white ancestry but I’m mostly black. I’ve found good and bad people come in all races. Are there cultural issues? I see the anti white agenda clear as day and don’t understand why western countries are constantly apologizing. But honestly as a Christian I try to see everyone as my brother and sister. Yes I may be naive but I look at how the person is. You should be free to associate with whoever you please.

But diversity in talents and skill-sets, not diversity of random traits like race and sex; that would just be retarded to force.
