Stupid kids don't realize that "fascism" and "Communism" are on the SAME END of the political spectrum - which actually has "totalitarianism" on the one end, and well, not "anarchy", I consider that a temporary state of being until tribes sort out themselves with regards to territory. (Pretty much the process you're seeing in Fallouts New Vegas and 4.) So, totalitarianism, and small-hold tribalism. Because humans might not be eusocial, but the individual isn't really the base unit for any social animal - its family is.
