The courts' attitudes around the time of election were interesting. They said that in order for them to take any action, you'd have to bring them proof of fraud that would necessarily overturn the election. In other words, you'd have to bring them an open and shut case including a total number of switched votes that exceeded the margin. They weren't going to empower you with the force of law to engage in discovery that just might turn up fraud, and they weren't going prevent election certification based on lesser proof.
Then, there was standing. No one had standing to even bring a case other than the loser of the election. No such thing as lawsuits in the public interest. No suing the government on behalf of the voters whose ballots didn't count.
Not just that but the shifting of goalposts where before the election you can't say fraud because it hasn't happened yet and after the election you can't say fraud because the election is over and you should have brought your concerns before the election was certified.
