The only good argument for them is what they were originally designed for: kids hitting puberty way too early. An 8 year old hitting puberty isn't normal, and there's a million good reasons to put them on puberty blockers for a few years then take them off so they can go through puberty normally. Anything else is just cover for kiddy diddlers.
"Puberty blockers" don't merely delay puberty, it derails it and dosen't resume normally after.
The lowered bone density isn't unfucked once the drugs are stopped. Kids put on chemical castration drugs "puberty blockers" have their IQ stagnate or decrease during an age other kids IQ increases.
The argument that it helps kids be more socially-adjusted during the year or two they were the only one starting puberty and felt akward isn't worth permanently damaging them.
