At least US citizens can move to several states like Florida or South Dakota to live free

I live in a blue state and outside the capital literally no one cares anymore and hasn't since the two weeks was up. Its not been that serious outside the major urban areas for a long time, except for corporate tryhard companies.

There is nowhere sane to move to to speak French.

Do like your ancestors did and resettle in South Louisiana. Once you get past the weather, bugs, and blacks there is a lot to love.
