Women unquestioningly rally around eachother on demand. Makes ousting abusive female employees difficult up to impossible the more female staff there are. Female abusers go free because their victims would easily have the accusation flipped on them, or dismissed like every 'hot teacher' who abuses a male student.

I believe "nice" is the term for the latter, "I bet it was really you you rapist" is the term for the former
