Ineffective when cast by a black mage because everyone pretends they didn't hear it.
When cast by a white mage the effect depends on the target. Black targets become enraged and must make a saving throw or immediately attack the caster. The saving throw defense is modified by -2 for each additional black target in range of the spell. White targets may ignore the spell but if they are SJW affiliated they may initiate social combat against the caster.
Power Word: Nigger is actually a buff. White mages often don't realize this and end up buffing their opponents inadvertently.
When cast by a white mage, allow all hostile black mages within hearing range to ignore rule of law for 1d4 actions. Any laws broken while under the effect of the spell will be treated as if they were never actually broken in the first place.
Also grants affected black mages a consumable named He Called Me The N Word. Upon use, immediately ends any active trial wherein the user is a defendant. User is declared Not Guilty regardless of whether or not any laws were broken. Does not expire until used.
