Japan is sadly going to be likely getting globalism's greatest hits: importation of rapefugees, covid control tyranny, increasing feminism and crony capitalism neoliberal economic policy.
The most likely candidates to be the next Japanese Prime Minister are the previously mentioned globalist Taro Kono, a so called "conservative" woman named Sanae Taikichi who would be the first female prime minister or Shigeru Ishiba who is a conservative former minister of defense.
Out of these three, it seems Shigeru Ishiba is the only real nationalist choice. Ishiba is smeared as being tied to the "far right" on wikipedia.
Globalist elites probably will pull strings to get Taro Kono installed or Sanae Taikichi installed.
Japan's future doesn't look bright just like much of Western society.
They already have crony capitalism to a ridiculous degree, and its part of why their population is dwindling. China has soul-crushing communism, while Japan has soul crushing consumerism.
And no one will continue to die in the #s they want. They couldn't even legally impose lockdowns because the US inadvertently saved their asses from this when we wrote their constitution to be as un-authoritarian as possible after the war so Tojo and Imperial Japan couldn't happen again to the point that people disregard the toothless state of emergencies and party since the clubs and bars are making 3x what the fines (IF a cop even cares to give one, which is like 3% actually did give fines) are.
Globalists really shot themselves in the dick in 45 with rewriting their constitution and are realizing it 75ish years later. They can't use the CCP as a threat anymore because Japan is allying with several other Asian countries (Bubble tea alliance and the Quad) to take them on if needed, WITHOUT US support if necessary. They even said they'd commit to war over Taiwan when Biden's admin responded pretty weakly to China's saber rattling over Taiwan. Seems like most of SE Asia is pushing for India to be the bigshot with Japan as a close second in the region against China, with or without the US's backing.....Japan, Taiwan, Nam, Malaysia, Brunei and South Korea are more than enough to be a considerable threat to China's military, even with NK being their wild card. Not to mention it would be fairly easy arm groups of Hong Kongers in hiding and abroad as indigenous insurgents to target factories and annoy the CCP so they split resources like a more strategically and wisely used Viet Cong.

Like you said, Japan's work culture is insanely brutal.
Japan has a specific word for people dying of overwork: karoshi which literally means overwork death.
They also call overwork suicides: karojisatsu.
Japan is open atm, no one gives a fuck. Buddy of mine who lives there, at a club. 1 mask not on and no other bs. https://www.instagram.com/p/CS2Tj6qBVDi/ and another from one of his friends at the beach, it's full of people. https://www.instagram.com/p/CSi2QnbAqvY/
And nobody is dying, which is exactly why the globalist needed a change at the top: so Japan falls in line regardless of the facts on tue ground.
Notice the Swedish PM also just resigned.

How does it appear that the Japanese people feel about Ishiba?
