But here's also a recent misleading story of another video: https://www.reuters.com/article/factcheck-photo-afghan-pilot-idUSL1N2PQ250 (it wasn't a female pilot recently, it's a woman stoned after being falsely accused of burning the Koran back in 2015). Just don't get obsessed over it.
