What is the tech that was actually left behind? I'm hearing that the Taliban seized blackhawks and F-15 training simulators. Is there a less advanced fighter in use then the F-15?

No F-15s, they only had propeller planes made to drop laser guided munitions.

The most advanced stuff I can think of are the Scan Eagles, besides the assorted gadgets and trinkets of the special forces.
