When you take away the power of their vagina, you truly make them equal, and women find that most cannot compete against even the weakest of soyboys. I use vagina as the term because they are basing their entire existence around the organ, so why not. Whether through sex or reproduction, women have this and only this as their one defense against true equality. Having to compete, most would whither and die because they are stupidly lazy. This isn't misogyny, it's simple biological fact. If they want to succeed, they will have to develop skills beyond pouting and flashing tits. Right now, even their higher education rates are not a hedge against this as most women either did useless degrees, haven't the skills to use their degrees properly, over-saturated their markets, or refuse to accept their own limitations and try to overcome them (vagina protection, again), preferring to call why they can't get the job sexism. Vagina protection most likely gets them jobs they aren't qualified for.
