It died. Just like Ruqqus died when they banned "incitement of violence". Sometimes the user base that forms for a service isn't what you really wanted and I can understand the feeling. But banning your primary user base is a 100% surefire way to instantly destroy your service.

I am not sure what they banned. But some glowing comments are not legally inciting violence, but will get you in almost as much trouble as real ones.
