I tried to click through to a support Twitter from the main one to see when the next game update was, and now it redirects you to registering. Clicking posts also makes you go to the register page.
The only way to browse Twitter without an account is through off-site redirects to a post, or through manually typing in the link.
I've found that if you open links in a new tab it bypasses this. Or if you open the link and then refresh the page after it pops up the registration thingy.
Also it doesn't do this on my Linux laptop running Chromium.
Good to know.
I'm on an Android phone, running Microsoft Edge. I think my VPN is set to Poland for Twitter's website.
Well, I don't want an Apple phone that scans for
anti-feminist wrongthink"child abuse".As for why the browser, Chrome is Google, Firefox is Mozilla, Opera is garbage and Microsoft points are at least a small reward for all the data it harvests.
I noticed this today too, at least it's happening here (Chile) too.
Can someone confirm it isn't a VPN thing by trying without one? I never disable mine.
Not a VPN thing. My Win10 work laptop does it.
No, because when I say I'm not going to use a thing, I actually fucking mean it.
It's not the latter, because I tried several different kinds of accounts and it still does the same.
Once again, the revealed preference of our self proclaimed leaders shows their lack of commitment to the cause.
I don't have an account and there's nowhere else to check.
I don't think you understand the concept of shunning.
