I tried to click through to a support Twitter from the main one to see when the next game update was, and now it redirects you to registering. Clicking posts also makes you go to the register page.
The only way to browse Twitter without an account is through off-site redirects to a post, or through manually typing in the link.
It's not the latter, because I tried several different kinds of accounts and it still does the same.
