Not even that. It's not just the idea that transgenderism itself is a mental illness, which will get you into trouble, but calling any troon mentally ill even for unrelated reasons.
We discovered this rule when someone called Elaine Paige mentally ill for demanding free "sex change" operations.
Seeing as how this isn't Reddit I'm going to go with my heart on describing this.
That's pants on head retarded.
What happens if we say Chris-Chan is mentally ill?
Don't be absurd. Since one day in 2011, Chris Chan has been in absolutely perfect mental health.
That said, I have not been enforcing the rule on Chris Chan, because I would just love to see the admins pull a comment for calling Chris Chan mentally ill (and right now, we haven't had a removal in a while, so we can risk it).

If they don't, does it mean that he's the world's only mentally ill trans person, or does it mean that he's not trans?
We seem to be able to misgender and deadname him freely, so it looks like he's simply denied trans status due to being too embarassing for the left to bear.
Yes, it seems that even though everyone is the gender he claims he is, and that no questioning is allowed, this does not apply to Chris Chan. So far, we are able to correctly gender him freely, yes. They really want to disown him, unfortunately.
