The way Virginia law is written they can't charge a mother and daughter with felony incest. Either the courts declare trans women are legally men and charge him with incest, or they declare CWC legally a woman and let an incestuous rapist go free.
Both of those are radioactive black pills for normies, so the entire thing is going to get buried.
Unfortunately not true.
The statute states:
The "he" is clearly used there as gender neutral pronoun, as it has been in English for all of history. Chris-chan falls under "any person".
I wanted to see CWC appeal his way up to the Supreme Court as much as anybody, but I don't think this is as lulworthy as the chans are purporting it to be
Yep, see § 1-216. Gender.
So Chris Chan can be charged with incest regardless of whether the state sees him as male or female.
Neuter?!? I guess they really thought of everything, including Chris-Chan./
That is from a 2020 update to all Viriginia law definitions to patch any potential gender holes.
Thank god this state has some redeeming characteristics
