Liberty is inversely proportional to security. The most secure you will ever be is when you are restrained in a locked room under 24 hour surveillance. The moment you introduce any amount of freedom into a situation, you are empowering people to make bad decisions.
If your "hardship" is a consequence of other people's freedom, we need to think very carefully about whether or not your "problem" can be "solved" without drastically expanding the scope of government beyond what it is meant to do.
So how do we stop men, who have free will, from behaving inappropriately towards women? Consequences? We already have those. People "misbehave" anyways. Hell, leftists will talk your ear off about how deterrent punishments don't work (which is another lie, but whatever).
I guess what I'm trying to say is this: if feminists want to convince me that their ideology isn't just an authoritarian grift for power and money, then I'd like to see some solutions other than "give us all the power and money".
So how do we stop men, who have free will, from behaving inappropriately towards women?
Apparently you getting off the computer, going over to the local frat house (probably the same one Kavanaugh was at), and yelling at all the bros inside to "respect all women" will make them reconsider their life. And naturally you'll leave that situation without a scratch because they're dangerous but only to women.
