There was a water Reservoir, you don't swim in that.
They didn't have their own medical staff, there was small hospital, mainly used for the staff. National Socialists lived at Auschwitz.
There were hospitals (multiple, just like there have been many Auschwitz camps, including the 3 main camps). You either got better (enough to go back to the work) or were selected to be executed. Or just died there.

Right, I remember that they had different treatment prioritization procedures for different ethnic groups.
For the first link, I don't think you've ever seen an Olympic sized swimming pool, and those are pretty fucking sketchy "diving boards". Do you think normal pools just have massive concrete pillars placed a few feet from one another?
And no Eisenhower did not have death camps, and a million Germans did not die after surrender, that's idiocy. Hell, even in the pictures, those Germans look healthier than the American POWs that were liberated from some of the prison camps, and that wasn't an intentional National Socialist extermination campaign.
Do not play this stupid reverse uno nonsense if you are going to complain about German post-war dead when you can legitimately complain about the several hundred thousand that died before or during forcible relocation from formerly occupied countries.
