The worship of Thomas Sowell by conservatives is both depressing and necessary. Yes, his arguments are mostly very good, but his identity should have no bearing on this determination. Unfortunately, we no longer live in that world.
I do find it infuriating that so many civnats so slavishly promote non-white voices as if this somehow disproves the validity of identity politics. Elevating voices based upon their identities is the very definition of identity politics.
It's capitulation to their worldview. Redefining reality is their entire shtick.
It doesn't for me. Also, I am not a conservative. But of all traditional conservatives, he is the most reasonable and interesting.
Cuckservatives instantly lose when they try to play by the left’s games. Most of the time, the minority conservative leaders are just barely conservative, mostly conservative only because they don’t want higher taxes.
