On one hand, politicians can go fuck themselves, they pretend to be PC leftie little angels and then their own rules don't go for them.
On the other, I will be honest. We have a bunch of hobos around my workplace and I wish they fucking weren't. My patience is non-existent with them at this point and I would be okay with them being heavily discouraged from being there.
I wonder if Lauren would change her opinion of this being "cruel" if she found her kid playing with a used needle some homeless drug addict left on the ground near her house.

anti homeless architecture is cruel. but i guess politicians dont like the hear it
If residents of areas where the homeless tend to congregate have a problem with that, what should those residents do instead?
Should they just accept that their neighborhood is now a homeless encampment, and if they have a problem with it they should move?
Should they call the police and have the police break up the camps and potentially injure/kill homeless people in the altercation?
Should they themselves forcefully remove the homeless?
Should they stop funding social programs for the homeless so as to not encourage encampments?
Since many of them are mentally ill, should they return to a policy of involuntary and indefinite admission of these people into mental hospitals?
There are probably people in Seattle and San Francisco who would vote for a politician who promised to do this.
Stop bullying them by saying that!
I remember Daniel Floyd saying the same thing about this issue a while back. Broken clocks are right twice a day, it seems.
