This is a bad move by cons. They should have used this opportunity to close the schools for good. It'd be more valuable to pay the teachers to stay home for the rest of their lives to prevent them from damaging children.
It is interesting that everybody gets the opposite of what they want.
It's almost as if Con Inc doesn't actually want the things they claim to want...
Acting like conservatives care about their constituents.
