Yeah, why would anyone want to be a cop when if a criminal has the wrong skin color your life can be ruined for the woke cultist agenda. Even in cases far more violent than Floyd like when the criminal had a gun or knife and was going for police, if they're black then the cops better not defend themselves.

The only solution is to stop playing games with them. Hard enforcement with no exceptions.
If they riot, then arrest the leaders and punish them with lengthy sentences.
