Systemic racism and the historical stain of whiteness will be blamed then.

The only solution is to stop playing games with them. Hard enforcement with no exceptions.

If they riot, then arrest the leaders and punish them with lengthy sentences.

The alternative is they grow stronger until it becomes very difficult to deal with them.
