The problem is getting even this bill passed in a Dem controlled House and a 50/50 Senate.

We have to support this. At this point it's our only lifeboat in a sea of global surveillance technocracy.

How do we let Biggs and his co-supporting senators know that we're behind this a hundred percent? I think it's absolutely crucial to stop this at the federal level now.
