I count thirteen vehicles as part of this police raid on a church. They’re erecting steel fences around it. Like China does when they uncover an illegal “house church”. Except this is in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The same church whose pastor was thrown in prison for 35 days.
There is at least one cop on the job who does not approve of the illegal orders he’s been given. He just texted me from the church, advising “a command post is being set up”.
It’s understandable. Their livelihood versus the rights of others; how many people can earnestly say that they would fight for the later? Ideals don’t fill your belly and pay the mortgage after all.
The real issue they should consider is: should there be notable pushback how much would they suffer for being jackbooted thugs?

and the cops who apparently oppose these orders do nothing to stop them

At least he's got an inside man.
True enough, better than no inside man at all
How embarrassing lmao
