I have decided my employer requiring vaccines is a red line for me. I don't care if I can forge one, or if I can forever work from home and be exempt from needing one because I'm not going to the office. I will not be a part of a company that cares so little about bodily autonomy.
I have debated whether if that occurs I should quit or let them fire me, but they know I'm unhappy and have given me indication that they want me to stay; so I've concluded the more damaging thing to the organization would be for me to quit.
That said, a couple months ago they signaled they will "probably not" require one, but who knows if that will change now that the government is signaling they really want employers to require them.
Possibly, but my job also normally requires air travel which I'm not going to do as long as it requires that I wear a mask on the plane. So if they were smart they'd fire me for that, as unlike mandatory vaccines being able to travel by plane was stated up-front when they hired me.
