He's better at mass murder. Most mass murderers get caught within the first fifty kills, but he's into the tens of thousands.

The other governors are even better. No one is talking about them. Same goes for the new Federal Assistant Health Minister that came from Pennsylvania (/ Turtle lookalike)

New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania all did this. It was known to be a problem in May 2020, but just disappeared.
