Great Reset was supposed to be done by now, according to the leak from Canada that spawned this theory. We were all supposed to die in February.

I don't really trust any leaked documents, there's a way higher chance of them being fake than real in the modern day.

The WEF is the one pushing the "Great Reset" stuff, and they're just one group. No single group controls everything, it's generally done by alliances of people as long as they have mutually agreed upon goals or ideals.
