The people most likely to fight, legit or terroristicly, are those with nothing to lose. They are most easily goaded into action.

What person could have more of "nothing to lose" than some poor sap who has convinced himself that people wanting to touch his pee pee is the be-all end-all of existence?

Incels have no family. A lot are likely depressed, and feel the world has given them nothing and only taken away. Thus they decide they will take back.
