The US medical field is filled with Doctor Mengele's who are salivating at the idea of using children as test subjects for their morbid curiosities.

More Money than Mengele.

(Please, if you're going to use a psychotic monster of a "doctor" who performed insane "experiments" on innocent victims to further his ideology, at least use the one most relevant to the situation at hand.)
