How did that happen? CA was one of the most restrictive states when it comes to lockdowns.

I think people missed my sarcasm. I was implying CA "discovered" a more dangerous strain in order to push this legislature.

All of the restrictions did nothing to stop covid-19, although they did wipe out the seasonal flu.
