It sounds like a conspiracy but I definitely agree this is being done on purpose. Only reason I can think of is the Nazi uprising of Germany scared the absolute shit out of globalists and theyve decided white people are too smart to control... hell the UN has a "European Replacement Plan" for fuck sake
Not what I'm saying, for the record. No matter how people feel about race and IQ, I doubt that's what threatens the elites in regard to white people. If it is something like what you'd describe, I think it would be more accurate to say that whites perhaps have a culture that values independence more, or something. And I'm not even claiming that, either.
Asians and Jews generally test higher than whites in regard to IQ, so it's not like whites are even the smartest group. And, although I think it's probable that race does play a role in IQ, it's not the only determining factor. Culture, especially around family, is vitally important, and probably a big reason why Asians are so successful in aggregate, for example.
I think one big reason the shadow cabal (to use that Time article's words) hate white people, is not even any inherent trait of white people. That could be a part of it, but I think basically white hate is merely being used as a tool to divide and conquer. There's a reason the phrase 'cultural Marxism' gets used; it's all about divide and conquer. Instead of talking about class, you talk about race, and sex, and gender, and sexuality, and all that. Put people into their little columns, and find them someone to hate. It's all about breaking people down, and making them more controllable.
You're right on the money about how it's not about intelligence but independence, self reliance, personal drive, ingenuity, etc.
That's what they're trying to stamp out.
On average, South East Asians have demonstrably higher IQs than whites.
That's a consistently reproducible result of intelligence testing.
But just they're not being targeted in the way that western culture is for the simple reason that intelligence isn't the threat.
It's the decidedly western values of individualism are the threat.

It's DEFINITELY real, more about making white people an EXTREME minority than making them extinct since they tend to vote right more and so they can import more and more people from socialist and commie shitholes who will vote for those same policies due to lower intelligence and purposeful lack of education that let's them put 2 and 2 together and verify that it's not ONLY the people in power in their former countries that are the problem but the ideology as well. Basically turn the US into South Africa meets Venezuela which will purposely cause racially motivated infighting while their masters do as they please.
