As far as I can tell, the Trudeau logo supposedly comes from trudeaufoundation.ca, but I can't find any evidence of the site ever existing.
Have you tried going to it, perchance? Check page 3 for the logo. And here's an archive.
It's real, I found it with a quick search.
It's interesting, because there are actually two websites fondationtrudeau and trudeaufoundation. It seems it's French/English (I think Canadian law requires that, or something, in some cases), they're the same site aside from language, and that pdf with the logo can be found on both.

Realized my links got a little messed up. Here it is on both sites:

It does seem like that their main logo is that stylized T and F. That triangle swirl is just one of the symbols that they have for page filler.
With Morris 'Rosenberg' as the President and CEO, that symbolism may have more meaning behind it though.
