This is a microcosm for the utter futility of "building your own stuff". These people will never leave you alone. If you think you can escape them without destroying them, you are gravely mistaken.

exactly, forget which distro for certain coulda swore it was Ubuntu that started working with/incorporating microsoft stuff and ms having their own linux operating system called azure. i have a bad case of brain fog so take this with salt
